Resources for Study & Reflection

Learning from the Benedictine Tradition

Glastonbury Abbey offers academic resources for high school and college communities seeking to engage more deeply with the Benedictine tradition and the lived experience of monastic life.

These materials are designed to support classroom discussion, campus ministry programs, and independent study. They introduce key themes of Benedictine spirituality—prayer, stability, community, and the search for God—through reflections drawn from the life of the Abbey.

Classroom & Video Resources

A growing collection of recorded talks, reflections, and presentations is available for classroom and campus use. These resources introduce students to Benedictine spirituality, the rhythm of monastic life, and the enduring wisdom of the Rule of Saint Benedict.

Visit our Wistia page to explore recorded lectures and reflections from the monks of Glastonbury Abbey.

For Educators & Campus Ministers

Faculty, teachers, and campus ministry leaders interested in incorporating Benedictine perspectives into their programs are welcome to connect with us. Our outreach coordinators work with educators to help identify resources that support the goals of their course or ministry setting.
